How Parents Can Help

• We ask that each family volunteer at least four hours this year.  We require and value parent participation. See the office administrator or your child's teacher for additional information.

  • If your child will participate in the annual concert, be prepared for one adult parent to assist on the concert day that you and your family will NOT view the concert as a member of the audience. For example, if you and your family will watch the concert on Saturday, we ask that you volunteer on Sunday.

  • It takes a large team to manage the roles of greeter, usher and backstage volunteers. Many hands make light work and ensures we have a smooth and safe concert season.

• Please make sure students use the restroom before class. Students will not be allowed to leave during class except in cases of emergencies.

• Students are expected to participate in class.  All talking and playing should be limited to a minimum.

• Reinforce listening skills and class etiquette with your child(ren).

• Please inform us of any health conditions.

• All classes and rehearsals are closed. Parents are invited to wait quietly in the lobby area.

• Please contact the office in the case of any emergencies.
